Illustration made for a campaign I came up with called ROOTS( Rely on our truth) based on informing and sensitizing people for the sustainability of water for our own consumption.rnrnWater is essential for our bodies’ function, and survival of every being that expresses life through form. The manipulation and lies, caused by these bottled water industries, promised and certified the society of pure and healthy water considering that tap water is not safe. It got to a point that many needed certifications to feel they are drinking clean and pure water, when really most of these bottles contain tap water itself or even worse. Every year, the statistics of bottled water consumption increases and there needs to be a stop to this, for it is causing a huge environmental impact and unbalance for all life that needs clean water to survive. This issue has been subject to wide information and, what we need to do, is be part of a simple, practical and adequate solution, such as home water filtration. You can find many materials to analyze clean and preserve your water and realize that tap water is reasonably cheaper, compared to the wasted money spent on bottled waters.rnrnThe letters and the drop are made by a mixture of leaves and flowers picked up from the floor and a variety of plants I drew with color pencils.
