JPG, 3141 × 2350- The Hypnotist -
Description by michaelelliottfurr
I layed down on the purple couch. It was nice leather... real squeaky as i settled in. The hypnotist entered the room. Something about his eyes... but then the room began to expand and everything took a dizzying tilt. I felt my body disintegrate into light.. my organs wrenching themselves from their natural positions and exploding into the air along with my soul and aura... 10..9..8..7..6..5........

Your painting really evokes a similar feeling! Ones feels to be dissolved in light. And, besides this, it reminds me to the scenes of the Death of the Virgin Mary, e.g.

(a relatively rare iconography).

Excellent work! I love the fractals which are repeating themselves in your work (from the small single squares to the whole picture being divided into squares). It seems that the hypnotist is exploding/dissolving himself which will leave the client in the end astonished, but more in a curious than in a negative way. Somehow the hypnotist seems to be a mother-figure with her indicated breasts...nice work, again! :)
