Matthew Hahnes is an acomplished Kentucky native artist who works in all mediums and constantly strives to find new ones. Although he is primarily a 3D/sculptural artist, many 2D works as well as photography can be found in his utility belt of artistic expression. Notable achievements include multiple art competition awards from the pierian women's organization as well as academic art awards. Most impresive is his admittance into the prestigious governor's school of the arts, in which he, and 28 others were selected as the finest visual artists ages 16-18 in the entirety of Kentucky. he lives with his family in the anderson county area of KY and spends many days watching the farm and caring for his 2 year old brother as well as filling all his extra time doing art.
