Who is the therapist?

Very nice piece! I like the disfiguration, and the way you mix in chaos into the painting. Makes me wonder what is behind the painting. Also, it is like the guy on the left is a magician, a funky magician.
The figures remind me also of the work of Lucebert, a Dutch painter from the Cobra movement.

Isn\'t it so that the man on the right - the therapist? - fears somewhat the guy on the left? He examines him like a strange creature, from a certain distance. Is the sleeve of the patient also painted? It seems to be a bit tricky.
